This book's statistics and documented studies gave me the courage to try wheat grass juice. I though it would be vile. At first it was, but now I sort of crave it.
I'm so glad to learn there are other ways to eat wehat than whole wheat breads and boiled wheat cereal. The beginning talks a lot about what wheat grass is supposed to be good for, which is believable, but I felt there was not nearly enough scientific evidence or studies cited. I currently have some wheatgrass growing on top of my fridge, courtesy of Ann's instructions. I have tried wheatgrass juice before, but haven't used it regularly or extensively. I love the fact that it is something that is natural that I can grow myself vs.
