ASTERION MOLOC RULES PDF

Asterion Moloc is the Chapter Master of the Minotaurs and one hardass motherfucker. Lord Asterion Moloc how he wishes to be called takes an almost perverse glee in stabbing dudes in the face with the Black Spear , a weapon that may or may not be based on an Adeptus Custodes halberd. And instead of having a bolter strapped to the underside it has a built-in laser to vaporize dudes. Lord Moloc himself is a huge dude riddled with cybernetic augmentation that allows him to ignore even more wounds than he already could with his simmering rage.

Hi folks, You may or may not be aware that the rules for Moloc were updated upon the release of Imperial Armour Fall of Orpheus. Having had a look at the guy I feel like he's pretty pimp, but I was wondering what you guys thought based on his rules and stats?

In case you can't find them on the Interweb, I'll help you out a little: He's points and can be selected as a HQ unit in a Space Marine army. Any unit he joins is Fearless and doesn't suffer any Initiative penalties for charging into terrain. On top of all that he's an Eternal Warrior. As far as Chapter Masters go, I think this guy's pretty boss hard.

I'm not entirely sure he's worth his points mind you, but he's damn sure gonna be fun to play. How would you use him? Somewhere over the rainbow, way up high. Sounds like a prime canidate to throw into a land raider with some Assault Terminators if you ask me. Sternguard though, those guys are all about kicking ass. They'd chew bubble gum as well, but bubble gum is heretical. Only tau chew gum.

So, pretty much your enitre army is PE : SM. The Minotaurs CM is in my mind the best Space marine character out there. Boss fluff, boss rules, and a model to make Abbadon cry. He's comparable to Lysander in damage output, with far superior army buffs at a comparable cost, and with even more snazzy benefits.

If you have the model, you'd better use him. The Fallen Realm of Umbar. At he's ok, he can take alot of things in combat, but he still has to watch out for the big boys, like Abaddon and The Swarmlord, if he was closer to the mark, he would much more worth it imo.

A few cheeky posts are made. Then they get more insulting. Eventually, we revert to our primal animal state, hurling feces at each other while shreeking with glee. This is the stuff of legends. Against high character count armies Chaos, IG you can make it literally impossible for your opponent to win the game.

Ah yes, I forgot that he can grant PE to his entire detachment, pretty sweet that. I think I'll proxy play test him and then I'll be picking him up from the Forge World boyo's when I get paid if he's any good in practice, along with a bunch of Marines and Terminators in appropriate armour to start a nifty little Minotaurs force!

There is no such thing as a hobby without politics. He's worth his points in today's meta even though it grows less meq intensive on a daily basis. The PE is huge. Against csm where a challenge can not be declined he is a beast. That being said he's only worth his points. He's not a super cheap steal. Chaos is a ladder. Many who try to climb it fail, and never get to try again. The fall breaks them. And some are given a chance to climb, but refuse. They cling to the realm, or love, or the gods…illusions.

Only the ladder is real. Yeah there's always the fact that people can generally just decline a challenge, which is wise against such a CC beast but that aside I think he's still just about worth his points. I can see him being pretty darn scary at the spearhead of an assault terminator squad pouring out of a Land Raider. Here's something to ponder He can be Battle Brother allies with pretty much any Space Marine chapter.

It might be worth giving thought to the possibility of attaching him to a death star unit of some description from another codex. I think he has a rule whereby you aren't allowed to select another Chapter Master in your army if you've selected Moloc, so you'd have to work around that and see what you can come up with. The VP from challenges offers your opponent some choices though; do you tarpit him with challenges like you would other melee monsters, or do you let your squad die to preserve the VP?

I rather like that aspect of him TBH. For thirteen years I had a dog with fur the darkest black. For thirteen years he was my friend, oh how I want him back. He's an interesting proposition that I look forward to trying out!

I don't play minotaurs, but I like their fluff, and he is a well balanced character I that would like to see him included in the 6th ed space marine codex.

Subject: Advert. Enceladus Elite Tyranid Warrior. I'd give him a spin, sounds pretty sweet. The best State-Texas. Wow, in that case I'd say he is definitely worth his cost. For sure! Yeah, he really has the complete package. The beatstick part is just a bonus, the real gem is PE. Not for points, not even against marines. Peregrine Douglas Bader.

Chaos maybe, but not any other army. Decline the challenge, laugh as the point character kills a few meatshield guardsmen. Sci-Fi Miniature Games Misc.

EENADU TELUGU CALENDAR 2015 PDF

This paranoid and bloody-handed Astartes commander revels in his dark reputation and his name is a byword for death and mayhem carried out in the name of the benevolent Emperor of Mankind. Asterion Moloc is a brutal tactician and enjoys the utter destruction of his foes, but has little patience for councils or strategic planning when forced by circumstance to work with other Imperial forces. Instead he chooses to remain aloof, as is his Chapter's nature, often sending his Reclusiarch Ivanus Enkomi as his Chapter's emissary and his personal representative in such matters. During the conflict known as the Badab War there was no record of Asterion Moloc ever being present for a war council of the Loyalist Astartes Chapters involved in the campaign. The only record of his presence in the war came from pict-footage recovered from battle scans and fearful stories spread by the few Secessionist survivors of the Minotaurs' brutal attacks. The Chapter Badge of the Minotaurs.
