It must be evenly mixed to get the full dose. Continue to hold the device upright. As you hold the device straight up, unscrew the orange cap in a counterclockwise direction. Do not pull. Push the device firmly against your skin. You will hear a click when the injection begins. Keep the device pressed against your skin for 15 seconds to make sure you get the full dose.
